Alfred Philippe Pat Pend Brooch, Trifari. In excellent mechanical condition. Looks like one of the rhinestones came out, someone repaired it, using original rhinestone, but not put in to perfection. Hoping someone can take it out and reinsert it properly. Making this beautiful rare brooch worth 3-4x what I am asking! Other than that it needs a little cleaning, got it at an estate sale where it had been in a drawer for over 60 years! It is a beautiful piece, not sure if it is sterling silver.
